A bit too many repetitive phrases… He/she blew out her lips, they could feel their stomach knor. And the relationship changed throughout the story. Given they were addressing an Deputy director of the FBI I don’t image folks would address her by her first name and then last name alternatively. Seemed a bit too informal…
