Would you try another book from David Wood and Alan Baxter and/or Jeffrey Kafer? Jeffrey Kafer is a pretty prolific narrator and I found his performance even and not distracting from the story line. Book 1 was one of the 1st audiobooks I’ve ever listened to and it got me hooked. Can’t wait for more.
Lots of action and the dialogue is good. As always Jeffrey Kafer performed all characters beautifully. Marco, the protagonist is intelligent and has leader potential. My brother inlaw was the one that get me in to this series. I really enjoy the story and the world Jim has created. I look forward to the next book… I don’t wanna wait.
The first book was very good. Yes, it was similar to Stormship Troopers. However, a nice start to hopefully a good series. Unfortunately I listened to book 2.
