This book is gut wrenching, heartbreaking, and will make you question so much. It is so beautifully written it pulls you into this sad world of wanting to rescue these forgotten characters and rooting for them even though…I don’t know, is it wrong? It was breathtaking, every moment.

I couldn’t stop listening to it. It is excellent, and I appreciate the narrators.

While it was a well written story, with full characters, the story line was hard for me to handle- and I can handle a lot. I would have been upset if I used a credit on it, I wish the premise of the story was different because I did think the author did a good..

Another review mentions sex with a minor. Yes, there are a few scenes with a sexual experience but not intercourse with a minor… definitely would not fly in present day. It was a great story. I was wanting the best for the characters. the woman that read it did a great job.

This was a wonderful source of information; and the author did a superb job blending history and fiction into a masterpiece. Narration was very well done as well. I highly recommend this book.

I went in thinking it was an enemies to lovers book, like Tiktok led me to believe, but it’s not. I found it boring and forgettable. The characters didn’t have much depth or description. Ryn is just mad over a miscommunication. I kept waiting for the “enemy” to appear, but no, just a hormonal teen..
