One of the best books I’ve listened to on here. The narrator was AMAZING. There are some disturbing parts in the book like the fact that an adult who has known a little girl since she was 8 has a sexual relationship with her at 13 was kind of messed up but it does happen.

The beginning fantastic. Somewhere in the middle I got lost. But I continued to listen and I was pleased I finished. I could listen to a continuation!

This book is very well written. I want to love it but like Lolita, I’m too creeped out. Towards the end The child seems like she’s going to be saved by science, her first love. In a Disney for pedophiles type fashion, not only is she not aloud to grow (metaphorically and physically) she rides..

it’s really well written and the actors were spot on! The spice was nice and there was enough drama to be eye-rollingly believable. I had a very wide range of emotions with the book. I 10/10 recommend for those whole like a well rounded love story.

This book was incredibly difficult to swallow. Every single thing Jack did made Kari Ann’s stomach flip. I get it, she’s young and innocent, but damn… she’s not 13! She was hot and cold, angry and then tender, confident but then self-conscious. I just wanted her to pick a personality type and stick to it!..
