I listen to many audio books during the week but this one I seriously couldn’t stop listening. The characters, the writing and the narration all work together to make this such an amazing story. Very well written, emotional, and descriptive. Takes you through the life of a family with many troubles. Unfortunate descriptive paedophilia at times. Read a lot of reviews saying it glorified this- but I had a different perspective and overall focused on other characters and what they brought to the story. I’d recommend with a warning.
