I really enjoyed listening to this book. I was surprised that my favorite part was the romance, because I bought it seeking a thriller/dystopian story. There’s plenty of that as well, but it’s highly entertaining. I also enjoyed reading a novel with strong and complex female characters.

Well the little girl is raised in a terrible environment, but she does have one person looking out for her, even if it twisted into something unexpected. I enjoyed the book, kind of anticlimactic tho.
