This book is not for the faint of heart. While beautifully written, it’s a tough story to digest. I commend this author for her ability to accurately depict so many viewpoints of a tragic childhood and controversial love story. Bravo!

Wonderfully written, eye opening, jaw-dropping, heart wrenching story. Written from several character perspectives, but doesn’t lose you like some novels do. Must read/listen.

Besides being a brilliant story, the reader is amazing. She brings the characters to life in a soft, gentle way right till the last brilliant word.

A great cast narrates a tragic incident in history that needed to be revealed. The ending was not happy for all characters, but that’s what makes it realistic, even though you always want all the likable characters to have happily ever after lives.

I am blown away, truly an incredible story! I couldn’t stop listening, finishing it in 2 days because I couldn’t get enough. Definitely going down as a favorite!

The possessed voices were freaky, and blood 🩸 was freaky. No more freaky stories for the kids!
