This book was well written and the narrator did an excellent job with the voices. I loved this book. It wasn’t cut and dry in its subject matter. It was thoughtfully written. If you just see an inappropriate relationship you will miss out on flawed and at times uncomfortable talking points.

Was Scary but the story was short and ended to quickly. Good for kids, loved it!

Everything was good except the ending was a bit cheesy like after the found who the criminal was.

I honestly can’t even finish this. Very disturbing. Creepy, pedophile and just a sad story of a girl abused by so many.

Reader beware…this book will cause conflicting feelings because of tough content related to sexual abuse & inappropriateness with a child. The story gripped me with this tale from a darker past that still has relevance today. It gripped like honey with sweet, musical words that lilted from first line to last. The characters are complicated, and the plot is well thought out if a bit slow. You won’t be disappointed. Read this book.

Some reviews call this glorified pedophilia. That judgement is easy to come to if you have the luxury of having grown up in a “normal” situation. This is a story of people living through horrific conditions and finding each other. It doesn’t fit into the “normal” box. Bravo to the author. Bravo to the performer…

This book is everything the title says! There is a lot of inappropriate times, and I’m not sure how I feel about it, but overall this book was a good one!

Really liked the dust narration! Story was better then book 1; you can not only hear but feel the progression & growth. Well done.
