This is book 5 (?) of the Sky Brooks series. And though it’s happened four other times, I still squealed “NOOOO” when it ended. love this character, story, and series. The Audible version is amazing!

I was pulled in at beginning, interesting characters. Story meandered in the middle – focused on a forbidden love relationship. Story meandered too much with some plot holes – I gave up with about 4 hours left!
