I couldn’t even finish this because the narrator could not keep me engaged. It was very distracting. I tried. And tried again, but couldn’t do it. I’m sure the story itself is great as others have been by this author. Recommend reading on kindle instead. That’s what I might try.
best audiobook ever listen to, defintely a must read, warmly recommended for everyone but especially people who need a broader view

Honesty, rawness and development of the characters. Greenwood writes with grit and brutal honesty.
Great story with a good ending despite all the sadness in between. The aunt in the beginning really irked me but then she came around.
Slow start to draw my interest but increasingly becomes a gripping storyline with intense relationship dynamics.

I really enjoyed hearing this story from so many different characters and the narrator did a wonderful job reading for each character. The plot is difficult to wrap your mind around, but was written in a way that gives you a different perspective. Uncomfortable at times, but was somehow relieved to realize the relationship was..
