this book is trying to normalize pedophilia. I couldn’t finish this book and it definitely crosses the line.
So far I am really enjoying the book. I almost didn’t listen to it since there were some people who didn’t like the naration. I just bumped the speed to 1.4 and now it’s fine! So I just finished this book and it was amazing!!

Liked this story a lot! With the good southern voice of narrator, it made the hard hard parts barre able.
there were so many times that I wanted to simply stop listening. I held out hope that story would redeem itself. it never did. there is no way that a relationship between an young child and an adult man can be spun into a “love” story!
