Normally love this author and everything she writes. This one….just felt out of place. Very much a “cringy angsty teen drama” instead of the normal thriller mystery she delivers.
This book is so interesting and it’s one I could read over and over. So I do. 5 stars. One day read kind of book.
As a parent, grand and great grandmother this story touched every one of my emotions from disgust, protectiveness, anxious ness, hopefulness, happy tears and relief. Very engaging. I liked it even when I didn’t want to. Good job!!!

I loved this book probably because I love scary things even though I am 9, I would say that kids from 8 to umm, 19 should read this, I took away the star from the story because of the gross things but the rest is great <3<3<3

Fantastic, shocking, heartfelt, heartbreaking, raw emotional novel. This was a novel that hit home for me in more ways than one. The parents, the little brother, trying to keep the “family” together. I will listen to this book over and over again for years to come. Thank you to the author for this wonderful book.
