I enjoyed listening to this audible book and found that I liked most of the short stories.

This seems to be a story of two people led astray by a misunderstanding of love and the results. Well written but I could NOT finish it.

Unconventional story with accurate portrayal of harsh life circumstances make this novel a must. A reality check for those who were raised in safety and comfort, but could be triggering to those who are not ready to face those demons. The author was brave to tackle the content and publish it.

I just could find this book enjoyable in any regard. Disturbing young girl’s sexual interactions with an adult man. The story was less than decent. Can not recommend.

These characters will stick with you. Highly recommend this book. Fantastic story, and boy does it pull out your heartstrings.

I didn’t like the ending but it’s obvious they will meet again soon. The story was good if not super mature. Probably a younger reader would enjoy its simplicity.

I’ve listened to this book a few times and I love it. read well told well just an all around amazing book

A must read. I read it in my backyard by the sea. I didn’t want the story to end. The author’s note at the end was informative, entertaining and moving. Treat yourself to the best book of summer!
