Very adolescent and was all over the place: hard to get to know the characters.

This was a hard book to get through, the subject matter is tough. The writing was great the narration was great. The feelings this brought up was quite a rollercoaster. Saying this was a happily ever after just doesn’t feel right. Being happy for Wazy, Judy feels wrong.

Title of review is all you need. It’s not OK how this book completely glorifies pedophilia, as well as multiple other things. Anyone trauma sensitive should stay very far away 

This one will make you feel uncomfortable during the entire thing. I really expected this to go a different direction. 3/5 for me..

honestly the only reason I kept listening wad I hope it would turn into something else. Pretty sick!

This story overall could have been lovely. Had the author chosen to explore the relationship of an adult who wanted to love and care about two children who were handed a dreadful situation in life, this would have been a heartwarming and thought-provoking novel. I loved the way that the person who read the story sounded so much like how I pictured Nancy Drew sounding!!!

Love listening to this book, even multiple times. I’m planning to look for more by this author.
