Review from The Soul of Shame →

I see clearer now the shades are off I can see all the obstacles in my way. This is the song that I feel like singing after reading this book. I am wiser and with new perspective!

Eye opening

Review from The Soul of Shame →

I had never considered shame as the soul driving force behind anxiety and avoidance behavior. This book has changed my approach in many ways. Great insight and worth the 8 hour investment.
