This book had amazing details about Gone with the Wind author, Margarett Mitchell. I understand how she wrote the book. Where the book came from and who the author was. This biography was as interesting to me as the fictional book, Gone with the Wind.
I enjoyed the tone and pace of this book. Doris Steven’s personal point of view as well as those of her fellow suffragists was much more interesting then similar books.
Alex is your typical news reporter, wanting the big scoop. When her boss pulls her, she goes after on her own. Soon she is in over her head and nobody to help her. Starts slow building, a good story and how is she going to get out, a reporter doesn’t till the next big story..
