was exactly expecting a prequel to the “life of an immortal” series! well done ?

I barely got through the first hour. The book is nothing but a teenage boy whining. He has no balls and allows everyone to just run over him except the girl he just all of a sudden is completely smitten with. Stupid drivel. Complete waste of a credit.
