I loved it! I hope this isn’t the last we see of the crazy Irishman and his extended family. Looking forward to seeing what happens with them and their new “employer”.
A well written book with a great narrator. I just couldn’t give this book a 5 star rating, but not because of quality. The book is of the highest quality, but some of the narrative descriptions of how these women died were so horrifying that I could barely listen. If you like reading true crime,..
the story the characters the world the history it all lives and breathes together so fluidly that I couldn’t put this book down.
This was amazing. The first chapter was jaw dropping. Lots of twists and turns. Never a dull moment. The way your brain works to come up with this is mind blowing. I loved the outcome. A great happy medium. And of course Kevin Pierce is amazing as always.
Meh- typical ‘anti government’ sentiments read by a good narrator but terrible recording quality. (Breathing, mouth sounds mostly at end of sentences.
it was hard getting thru the 1st couple of chapters because they were mostly recaps. but other then that awesome book
The writing is not great and the characters are flat. Much of the dialogue doesn’t seem like things people would really say. It was mildly entertaining at times. I got this on sale and I’m glad I did. I wouldn’t buy this audiobook unless it is on sale.
