I’ve enjoyed the previous books in this series well enough because they focused on trying to survive the collapse, but this one is where the government comes for all the guns, so it’s pretty nutty and was just hard to get through. I didn’t enjoy a single bit of this story, so I wouldn’t recommend..

This is exciting, fast moving, plausible and utterly enthralling. If you have not read a post-apocalyptic novel, this is the one to start with. Superbly written, the narration is wonderful, The story captures your interest, and you follow each character. I have every one in this series because I enjoyed this one so much.
