Age to come
Review from Shadows of a Lost Age →
Things have come a long way for the Mad Mick. Books 1-5 established and developed the legend and book 6 did not disappoint. It seems uncertain whether we will see another installment of the series from Horton, but one can hope.
Enjoyed books one and two, and the moments of unexpected humor that had me laughing out loud, BUT, the length time is way too short.
The book was fine. I resent the fact that unlike other series where books can run up to 14 hours this money grubber breaks it all down into short books when two at least should be combined. That would be in step with Amazon’s approach that has been successful.
follow on to the series. Exceptionaly written and performed.Ive been waiting on this one for a while and was definitely not disapointed.
I thoroughly enjoyed the series. Great story and as always, great narration by Kevin Pierce. I found this to be one of the best series I’ve listened to and read in the genre.
This one starts out a bit slow, but stick with it. It focuses more on one person’s life, Dee, although the others in this murder for hire scheme are given their due as well. I do agree with another reviewer who felt more attention could have been given to the victims and their lives. There..
