I like the whole series Kevin pierce another excellent performance. that being said as an author you can’t mention certain details and then never speak of them again. In book one Jim having a brother is mentioned but then never spoke of again. then when lyod was tied to a tree getting his fingers cut..
Overall the story was good, just not great. You will have to suspend your common sense as the characters make mistake after mistake that I think anyone with a bit of common sense would do. Not leaving a guard when sleeping or at a meeting is just stupid. Lots of fun play that you have..
I wanted to like this. The premise was good. Too bad the main characters talk about the division of the country, then constantly bash on anyone not like them. If you are a republican white male, you’ll probably be fine with this.

holy shit! this is mostly how I pictured it. this is what home doesn’t say.
I am very knowledgeable of the facts in this case from all the press, but this book filled in some of the lesser known but significant details. The detective and legal work were both exceptional and lucky. I highly recommend it.

Good listen. Plenty of good prepper knowledge in the book. The initial premise of the cause of the grid down is a bit of a stretch though. Technically plausible, but politically not overly realistic.
Okay. Not great. I kept waiting for the story to catch on. Characters would appear then disappear.
