Frighteningly parallel to our situation now with an amazing bunch of heroes along the way. Being a Texan, I loved the cultural references as well as the iconic landmarks mentioned of home. Bittersweet of its ending yet at the same time satisfied.

Franklin is one of the best authors in this type of book. He does a great job with making you hate the characters he wants you to. I have yet to be disappointed with any of his books.
Terrible banter between the characters. Lots of it is just plain ridiculous, lots of female fighting. Mostly fantasy.Got stuck listening to it because I was on a road trip, don’t make the same mistake I did

A.R Shaw is a woman…who knew huh Just found out. Just sounded like a mans writing is all. This series is very good and keeps you entertained. I would highly recommend the box set for 1 credit. Totally worth it. Kevin Pierce is always dead on with his performance. Id really like to see this..
