Frighteningly parallel to our situation now with an amazing bunch of heroes along the way. Being a Texan, I loved the cultural references as well as the iconic landmarks mentioned of home. Bittersweet of its ending yet at the same time satisfied.

Franklin is one of the best authors in this type of book. He does a great job with making you hate the characters he wants you to. I have yet to be disappointed with any of his books.
