have listened to all the Mad Mick books. Horton is 1 of my favorite reads lately. Great narrator as well. I have listened to THOUSANDS of hours of audiobooks (been with audible about 20 years). Have enjoyed being able to escape into these stories over the years!!

Mark Goodwin develops these stories with Biblical accuracy while adding a dramatic fictional flair that you can see the picture he’s painting. So far, I’ve read the Days of Noah, the Days of Lot and now Days of Elijah! They are all awesome takes on the coming trouble.
This hits all the religious conservatives talking points. Anti public school, anti vax, anti government, and just all conspiracy theories. Not well written or thought out. If I have to hear “wow Josh you were right” again I’ll die.
I was barely able to get thru this series and did fast forward books 1-6. Definitely not Horton’s best works. However these three books were surprisingly good! Completely different from the others with more attention to detail and good action scenes. No dark humor like in his other series The borrowed world but a great..
The whole story was a let down .The characters are constantly taking one step forward and three steps back .It seems as though thru all of the books,very short books, that they would of learned from there mistakes found a place to call there own to have something worth protecting……
a little short but it was solid writing. camping, trekking, new plotlines. good job Franklin 👍
This is a great book. I highly recommend it and can’t wait for the next one
