I’ll note that the voice artist was OK, but took some time to get used to. It felt like Kenny Roger’s was reading! I enjoy this genre, and while well written, I hadn’t planned on the books being so heavily based on boats. There were also some loose ends that were never explained.
Slow moving but a good listen. missing suspension and action but was good enough to get me all the way through to the end.
This is by far the best yet, with absolutely brilliant twists & turns that’ll make you cringe, smile, yell and holler all in one action! This episode of the Mad Mick story hits the mark, well done gents, Mr. Pierce nailed it, as usual, the man doesn’t know how to fail. BRAVO! BRING ON THE..

This book is a great story, Franklin Horton is a wonderful writer. He has the ability to invoke emotions as he writes the book. It is well thought out,and great characters.

after reading some of the reviews I realized that many of the lower star reviews come from delusional people with a warped server of reality who tried to lower the rating in effort to legitimize their distorted views of the world around them.
I really appreciate the details in this novel. It may be fiction but it has a lot of truth. Thank you for writing this wonderful book that makes preparation for His coming even more imperative. May we all be ready and take as many people with us.

Loved the first person narrative, of this unique main character. Mr. Pierce is a favorite. Awesome job again sir. The is my genre of choice and sadly, so many of the newer ones are written for a young adult audience. But this one was refreshing. I hope to see more of this author’s work.
