Loving this trilogy from Mark Goodwin and looking forward to listening to all his books.
Great trilogy!
Review from Apocalypse →
The premise of the story was good but just struggled with the constant shift to the dog perspectives constantly taking precedent in the story
This would be a good fiction novel if the author was not trying to represent it as fact. With almost 40 years of law enforcement experience I have never seen so much unproven information submitted as proven factual information. Add in the overly dramatic presentation of this story and it left me very disappointed in..
Couldn’t even finish. Tired, old, and no longer relevant when employers need to consider the wants and needs of employees to stay competitive in the labor market. Felt like I was listening to all the old white managers I worked for back in the 90s. Ugh!
It seemed to start out good and then became boring beyond belief. I found myself skipping through chapters hoping to find something interesting. I finally had to stop halfway through the book.
good series but do yourself a favor and save your time and money by skipping this one and going to the third book. this one is just long frustrating drawn-out drama that serves no purpose.
This is the first book in a series, which is also a prequel to another series. The first series was written in 2019. This series was released in April, May and June of 2020. “Unprepared” takes place at the beginning of a world wide pandemic. Martial law has just been declared. We follow three groups..
I enjoyed the book for the most part. I did get a little bored towards the end but listened on. In the back of my mind I thought that my dad might be mentioned and sure as shit he was.
hard to follow, goes off into left field when describing issues or things that don’t have a central point in story. I wouldn’t waste your time. narrator was great.
