The writing and storyline is phenominal!! I am looking forward to the spinoff that are from this series.

The book was really good but the ending was quite disappointing.it just ended out of nowhere

This installment expanded on all the things that make Goodwin’s books great. I love the strategy and camaraderie of Fort Bair.

I loved the series. A families struggle, but they never hope. Just a great series, you won’t regret. Of course, Kevin Pierce is great and brings this story to life.

Seriously, enough already. If it wasn’t for the fact that I could listen to Kevin read the phone book, I’d have never listened beyond the second book. Four hours isn’t a book, it’s just a rip off.

I enjoyed this series. it’s realistic and the characters are bright and not boring. I’ll chose a mark goodwin/kevin Pearce collab any day of the week. yes, there were a few glaring mistakes in the storyline and the book ends way abrupt, but it’s my favorite series. good! good! good!
