Can’t wait for the next one. I have been listening to all of the Borrowed World Series. To have them intersect with the Mad Mick was just brilliant!

I enjoyed where this one went. Setting up for some long term post collapse rebuilding and new challenges.
It’s a good story wrapped in thick layers of proselytizing and far-right political ideology (and some conspiracy theories). Skip this one if those things upset or offend you as they are inescapable in this book/series.
It took me a long time to get through this book, because the stories are so troubling. That being said, I found that it kept me awake while driving on long trips. It does damage your faith in humanity, when you learn about the people who commit these murders, and how long it takes to..
This book is just as compelling as book one.I have already downloaded books three and four.I am fascinated by the sub-story as seen through the eyes of the wolves.Kevin Pierce does another excellent job as narrator!
I love this author! His books are CHRISTIAN so be aware before you purchase! Great narration! Great author! Great buy!

The entries that follow the first book are fun reads that don’t devolve into melodramatic soap operas or political lectures but convincingly..
Frighteningly parallel to our situation now with an amazing bunch of heroes along the way. Being a Texan, I loved the cultural references as well as the iconic landmarks mentioned of home. Bittersweet of its ending yet at the same time satisfied.
