As always Marc Goodwin has a knock this one out of the park. I absolutely love the fact that he throws a Bible verse in before he starts the chapter so that I can go back and reference my bible. I cannot wait for the next book to come out
The characters really drew you into their struggling world. I feel like if the world did go to crap then this would be the scenario for a lot of people.
I finished this book in two and a half days. I had just finished The Days of Noah and The Days of Elijah again before starting this one. I now have read all of Mark Goodwin’s books. Excellent books!!!
good story. The only discrepancy is that it is suppose to be mid 21st century yet there are no references to any scientific advances for that time (vehicles still run on gas?)
This book has an amazing storyline that entertains you all while informing you of important business and street strategies. I was very much entertained and felt like I learned how to be a better man and business owner on top of that. Highly recommend for young men struggling to find their purpose!
Great idea but this story moves was too slow with too little action. It reads like the author took a short story and stretched it into a book. Much of the read feels like “fill in” waiting for the meat of the story go get there. Get on with it. I got bored and stopped..
While I did enjoy the new spin on an apocalyptic adventure, IMO not BA’s best work. It was at best a three-book series, possibly four but each was just too short for a five-book series. Possibly to recoup $ incurred during C19.
