I suppose I’ve read several accounts of The Black Dahlia mystery from different perspectives. I appreciate Hodel’s need to “show his work” and establish credibility as a researcher. However, he needed an editor. The book is too long, and his attempts at foreshadowing failed because he doesn’t allow the questions to drive the narrative with..
What a great series. Everyone complaining about the preaching and religion obviously never listened to other books by Mark Goodwin. It’s not bad and the Bible isn’t shoved down your throat. A lot of action. No cursing worth the credit.
well written but I personally don’t really care for books that have rich people throwing endless money at prepping. then the story turns into a mystery of sorts.
the characters were wonderful the storyline was fantastic. Of course the delivery and storytelling was top rate as usual by Pierce. the only reason I put the story at a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the language. overall I would have preferred there to be no bad language as I don’t think..
Reading performance is greatPlot leaves the survivors a little too stupid and naive to long. Greyman is a masochist allowing his family to live in Lala land for so long. They never seem to get it that they need to coalesce into a unified group. They continue to believe they can live individual lives and that..
This is a must read masterpiece from Bobby Akart. The research time he puts into all of his writing shows in the final product. Fast paced and hard to put down.
Very well written. Great character development and story line. I couldn’t stop listening! A must read!
Thank you for then heart-stopping stories, we’ve listened to them all so far, definitely a brilliant wake up call for unbelievers!
