Superbly written. I couldn’t stop listening. The beginning storyline puts current events into perspective.

another great book by one of my favorite authors! probably the most current and realistic story in this genre. can’t wait to read the next one!

Another highly plausible story from Horton. Excellent narration from Pierce as usual from him.

Narrator did an excellent job. The storyline is great and keeps you involved. A couple of the antagonists deaths were a little anti-climatic, but still a great series. I definitely recommend, if you are in to dystopian or post apocalyptic fiction.

Out of the blue I found this audio book and it is the best modern book I have seen. Obviously inspired, it has served to get me going again. I give it my highest recommendation RR

This is the first true crime book I have ever read. The book certainly makes you look at life a bit differently. You realize that there are true monsters out there, but also true monster slayers. this was good, ups downs , the little bits of conversation and jabbing between Loyd and Jim. ??

separating the main story and weaving in the advice while very slowly revealing wisdom between yhe knowledge.

Great story, some excellent prepping tips. The story is almost parallel to the current events happening now. The antagonists are also close to real characters. I actually appreciate the biblical references throughout the story. My only gripe is with the encounters between the Federal and Coalition forces, as there is no use of air power..
