I liked the story even though it skipped decades at a time. I feel like the entire series could have been compiled into one book of reasonable length rather than multiple 7 hour books.

One of the better true crime books I’ve listened to or read. It has a bit of a mystery, solves some of the crimes, introduces us to some seriously sick people and takes us back to a very interesting time in what was then a very isolated/remote area of the country. The writing was well..

What a wonderful story line. I learned a few things while I was listening to the book.

It’s an ok book and I would try another from the writer. The narrator was great as always.

Great story. Loved Battle even though I believed the character was too old for a believable hero.

Can’t wait for book number four to come out. This is an evolving series is happening only a few months off from real life.
