The story was very immersive and the depictions of the environments and world, as well as the events, had a lot of realism. While I enjoyed most of the characters their development often seemed unfinished. A chilling possible future. I’m looking forward to the next book and I would definitely recommend to series.
I enjoyed the entire invasion series. The stories in all 7 books are addictive and very entertaining. I love the authors’ sense of humor. At times there were funny encounters between Myers and the aliens. If you are a scifi fan or an adventure fan, you will enjoy this whole series.

The first book was ok but this one went down hill and I’m not interested in reading any more of the series. The narrator is great as usual.
