A good story, good performance but so many books are narated by Kevin Pierce I feel like they are some neverending series. No big deal to someone that isn’t a prolific listener of the genre and audiobooks. I would still recommend the series.

It’s a seemingly endless collection of suprisingly short vignettes of murder, rape, and clueless cops–in fact, half the prose seems lifted from the kind of cop-speak that ends up on a blotter.
