The series is good. Gets dark though. I think it captures a significant possibility of how humanity may behave. It’s not far fetched aside from the AI aspect but the way humanity is behaving, it’s possible… great book. On to the last.

The pace was nice and the characters enjoyable. Plot wasn’t bad and I enjoyed the fact that I know the area. Waiting on book two.

It is not difficult to stretch my imagination very far to see an event like this, but the actual plot is. I enjoyed the read, and would like to see follow ups.

I’ve listened to a lot of post-apocalyptic survivalist books and this series has been one of my favorites but it’s starting to feel kind of repetitive. this book and the last have been lacking some character development.

Boyd Craven has knocked it out the park again. This book is so in tune with the current political climate in country. There is no substitute for Kevin Pierce’s narration. Can’t wait for more books to come in this series. Great job Boyd.

I am sad the series is finished! Ibam glad I still have The Scourge Series to keep the story alive. Wonderful series. Well done!
