a short look at the office of president at the collapse. great narration. good story as part of a companion series. total worth spending a credit on.

The scripture is delivered in a way that isn’t demeaning to the none believer. It talks about A LOT of Bible verses, but it isn’t a you’re going to hell read for the agnostics. It is a good story. I will be listening to the next book for sure.

If you enjoy listening to a 20 minute description of a five minute conversation that had nothing at all to do with the story then this might be for you. The story hardly even starts untill the very end of the book. It just wastes time to drag you into the second book.

the whole series is great. but the last chapter nearly made me cry and I dont cry often

R.E. McDermott tells an excellent story about the immediate aftermath of a terrible event. Plenty of surprises to keep you wanting to read/listen more. If you like the dystopian, end of the world as we currently know it, apocalyptic thriller, this is for you!
