Another one of the Black Autumn books that leaves you wanting for more. One of my favorite series of books.

I love series collections and this genre. I read some of the reviews and though some were off-putting, I went ahead and got the boxed set. First off, there’s LOTS of details. Like minutiae-level detail in places it doesn’t belong. An editor should have redlined those instances, and there are quite a few of them…
What great Audiobooks.
Review from The Traveler Series: A Post Apocalyptic/Dystopian Adventure: Books 4-6 →
I’ve listened to six of Mr Tom’s Dystopian Series and I must say…Wow…and I just want to listen to more, and more of them. The characters seem like they would be great to know, and I can, myself, relate with them in a lot of ways. You have to check them out. You won’t regret..
I liked this book. I can always use more Battle. That is the ONLY thing that I would improve on this book. More Battle… It is always impressive the minds that can think stories like this up. Deep in my mind though, I wonder how well the author may be prepared for something like this..
well that was quick but ok

another great book!

I’m surprised Greg Olsen, a fine true crime writer, put his name on this one. Slow plot, and entirely unsatisfying ending. Narrator too slow even at speed 25% higher than normal. The mix of male and female narrators is distracting. Good narrators can easily represent both genders and cue the listener re: epigraphs, etc.
Jack Hunt is a masterful author. The EMP survival series is one of the most unique and interesting post EMP PA series. The characters in this series are thrown together when an EMP detonates while all are in New York City. However, in this they are making their way to Lake Placid, after being thrown..
