this one is better than most and seems more realistic how it portrays the characters. it is easy to project yourself into the story. Kevin Pierce, narrator does an excellent job, as usual.

my great complaint about this author and his series of stories is they are too segmented. The stories all seem to just “end”, making you buy the next in the “series” simply to get the complete story line.

It keeps you drawn in, and doesn’t let you go. Great narrator Kevin Perce is!. Some books I wont buy because the narrator does not make it seem it could be real. Great story line, and as preparedness family and a weapons guy, the weapons and effects of what they can inflict was spot on…
I couldn’t even finish the series. Plot was just dragging. Narrator was mostly monotone, and couldn’t maintain separate character voices, so you never knew which character was speaking.
this book was typical in its nature, it passed the time okay but I could easily put it down and forget about it for a while till I’m working again. if you’re looking for edge of your seat screaming frustrating not going to find it here
much safer to admit you know nothing but recognize a situation, hypothize a potential threat, discuss the knowns. then proceed or ignore.
