At this point, I just expect to be writing full 5 star reviews for Mark Godwin’s books as long as he keeps employing the best narrators. This book fulfills my every expectation for a post apocalyptic drama coupled with a dystopian society. Cannot wait for the next installment!!!!

boy… I would say finishing this book is hard to finish but it never ends! Confusing. Too much inner dialogue. IMHO the series should have ended a book ago. I tried really tried to finish but I’m done. so many unanswered questions.
These people in this story were the most idiotic people alive. Every decision was the wrong one. This is the worst emp book ever written.

So now that’s books over. The impatient wait for the next book begins. The books move at a good pace. The author paints his characters very well. The story has tenderness and heart. It has adrenaline and violence. Strongly recommend this series.
