I really like the books, the reader says his “s” really sharply and gets annoying, but other than that. I’ve enjoyed these book. I wish they could be in a box set
Excellent continuation of the Borrowed World Series! As always, Horton has penned an excellent tale that is more than worthy of Pierces excellent narration.
The PA fiction world is absolutely brilliant. It has everything. Drama, humor, intensity, and the perils of humanity. I love the main character and his daughter in this story. The plot was well written, the characters well rounded. The narrator is one of my favorites, and did not disappoint here. Post apocalyptic fiction is my favorite genre of book, and Franklin Horton is a winner.

Very well done good character develop ment. You really get a sense of how desperate The Times get in and how quickly the timeline moves. Excellent descriptions of violence and gun play.
This is really more than an incomplete anecdote than story. It’s a shame. Might have been a good book.

I chose this book because of the narrator. He is one of my favorites. But, I’m pleased to say that the story far exceeded my expectations with a griping theme. character development was excellent.
I was already a fan of Franklin Horton and Kevin Pierce, but I LOVE the Mad Mick. He’s a great character. Can’t wait for book 4!
