Fascinating and well written account with some outstanding narration by Kevin Pierce. Paula’s motivation for the murders of her two infants is never arrived at, which is appropriate but also frustrating. Her husband’s complicity is never defined but again, that is real life. The shocking accident in 2015 brings a final end to this tragedy.
I started with The Days of Noah. Unable to stop thinking about the storyline, I went on to The Days of Elijah. The storytelling was so fantastic I couldn’t stop listening. It was so compelling because I could actually envision how many of the events could actually happen today in similar ways as Goodwin describes…
