I finished this in one day, it was a rough day, this story makes a very realistic presentation of what it might be like, and brought to remembrance the fact that our currency is doomed.
These books tie together to begin telling the story of Marcus Battle, a retired Army Major who knows there will be an End of the World event someday. He has prepared for it in a cabin way out of town in a hidden place near Abilene, Texas. His wife Sylvia and son Wesson live with..
I think this is an interesting attempt to portray a military history of Iran, but the author at times can’t hide his bias. Overall this is a good book
I don’t think there is a character in this book you actually give a crap about. Two men with archaic views on women, the other man is just weak. The women are weak. The two teenagers are the only value yet they aren’t great either. The adults seem to think any helping of others is..

Great character study. A realistic look of what our world has in store for it if things don’t change. I don’t have any answers; just hope I will be gone as I know I don’t have the strength to survive.
Great narration, as always, by Kevin Pierce. Craven is an absolutely word master, creating stories that draw the reader into his worlds. Great story, great narration.
Very good and interesting book. definitely kept me awake while commuting to work.. Gregg Olsen is one of my favorites
