Great story for sure. It’s easy to tell the author has a love for the sea but he keeps it to a level that a land lover such as myself can follow along and stay interested. Great series and I’m looking up more of his work.
The story is a little bit more believable then some big extreme cataclysmic event that may happen in the United States. Unfortunately the story also parallels a lot of things going on today. Thank you for writing a series like an even let my young men with some food without all of the inappropriate words..
Loved the book. Another great read by T.L. Payne. Really can’t wait for the next one. Kevin Pierce does a great job. Really enjoy it
Great listen with a haunting premise. What exactly does the top level of our government do when the SHTF? The writing is incredibly researched and thought out. The writers created a very detailed scenario with multiple plot twists and characters that grow (and change) throughout the book. The narration is excellent.
Black Autumn Book 2, “Conquistadors” is my favorite book in the Black Autumn Universe (BAU) and I have listened to all of them. This one is different than the other books but don’t let that throw you. This book is fast-paced, riveting and…. Its told from an entirely different perspective that draws you in and..
I appreciate the layered, practical application and implementation. This will certainly help move an organization forward through individual and collective growth.
Like so many other true crime aficionados, I’ve read the vast majority of true crime books out there. While you can’t go wrong with Kevin Pearce as the narrator, unfortunately even he couldn’t save this one for me. The writing style seemed to go on and on with so much detail you later realized didn’t..
