great story with very likable characters. the banter between the main character and his daughter is fun to listen to. Kevin Pierce is an incredible narrator; great tone inflection and accent to match characters; he really makes the story come alive.

I’ve listened to most of his books I was a big fan, Not new to audio, have 500 plus audio books similar to this and give most a chance. But am just sick of attacks on Christianity I won’t listen to any like this. You have lost a fan.

So far this series has kept me wanting more. It’s been wonderful listening to a dystopian novel that has a different story to tell. And, it’s being told wonderfully. I can’t wait for the next book given the cliffhanger ending of this one. Money well spent.
