In my case, this book was not at all life-changing. All the points in there are valid, the main idea is that in order to have a successful organization, there needs to be systems in place, people to follow them, and have the right people in the right mindset. This is all very obvious.

Kevin Pearce brings incredible realism to this. The story is great, learning what happened with Alan. looking forward to the next book. hoping it will bring a happy reunion, though with C.A. Rudolph, the reader is often caught unawares.
