This book deals with brutality on many levels. Anyone who is interested in the Black Dahlia case must read this book -whether you ultimately agree with Steve Hodel’s assertions or not. He presents the history, the evidence, witness statements, press reports, and other elements in a compelling, organized way. The book is also extremely sad…
Too short. I love your books and I will buy all of them, buutttt. Just messing with you. Way to keep me hanging. (Seriously write faster)
a great post-apocalyptic series it was very enjoyable every book was fantastic good description of the ruins and the world was incredible I liked it a lot every story was fascinating and very interestingI was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review
Good book. interesting approach to the end of times and the rapture. like the scripture reading before each chapter.
loved the practical steps given throughout this book. for the first time I feel like i have a blueprint to build and run my business successfully
Good enough to finish but way too melodramatic. The author attempts to make a developed cast of characters but she winds up turning what should be a paragraph into multiple pages. And Lauren, the protagonist, is simply unlikable & unrealistic. Franklin Horton has a similar character; female bad-ass that turns out to be way over..
I enjoyed the story and I’m interested in the fate of the characters. Narrator fits the story very well. Im not a huge fan of the overly religious parts, but I’m not the author and it’s not my story to tell. Overall I find it an intriguing (albeit slightly predictable) post apocalyptic story and I’m..
Really enjoyed how the story was written and told almost entirely through the killer. The whole story takes you deep inside the beginning of the making of a serial killer from chilhood all the way through to his capture. It is an amazing journey through his madness and torment.
