This is my first EMP post apocalyptic story. It was surprisingly entertaining and definitely a eye-opener. I will definitely get the next in the series.
Most second books in a series feel like filler. This book has edge of your seat and emotional moments throughout, not to mention the surprise laughs. Kevin Pierce as the Mad Mick is golden fun 🙂

I loved the book. There is no detail missed in the story of Rick and Elizabeth. I took off one star because I did find it to be a bit repetitive towards the middle of the book. However, the final third of the book still kept my interest.
