The book seems like it could be ripped from the headlines. It seems extremely plausible. Only downside I could see is I would have like to have seen more characters that thought the main was a little crazy in the beginning. Otherwise so far it’s a great series.

The characters and storyline is good enough, but not only are we told about the Tribulation, the, Illuminati is lingering in the background, and the Luciferians, and everything is the fault of the Catholic church although there was one truly Christian Catholic in the story. I love a good true murder book, but this one is a little too violent for my taste. As usual, Jack Olsen is very good, however.

Try as he/they might it is difficult not to detect canned plots and underdevelopment. I, however, love ensembles. so Im in.
