Superb business resource. Each chapter built logically on the last and the processes/tools were clearly described. After listening, I know that I’ll be referring to this book again and again in the future.

I’ve never listened to a book with people I have ever thought they were so stupid that I wish they would die. Pretty much the whole bunch. I won’t be able to listen to anymore of this series. Characters are too irritatingly stupid and spineless.
