I loved it, the story lines were gripping. Had me questioning my prayer life and study habits.

Hero is a tale that must be told, and quite honestly, this listener is glad it was! Great writing and narration as always from this duo.

Really well written portrayal of a devastating sequence of events beginning with tragedy and ending in tragedy. Despite the endless questions I still have I found this book gripping. If you like true crime, be warned… this is not an easy story to hear, but well worth it.

I am a fan of this series this far. I have already purchased the next two in the series so I’m committed. however, this particular book was hum drum on the cusp of boring. it lacked the details and fervor of it predecessors and had me shaking my head in disappointment in the story line…

Worth the money. I have been listening to these type of books for a while and the only thing I find funny is the people described as grunts. Most of these grunts are just plain stupid. Did only stupid people survive?

Love the book and the narrator, but a bit pricey for the short book. It was a good deal for 1-3 books for one credit, but like I said, pricey for one book. I’ll listen to one more book and then move on

I originally was into the the zombie apocalypse series. I listened to quite a few series. I tried emp series and I’m hooked. This series is the first one I listened to and loved it.
