I enjoyed that there were no zombies! The writing and narration were top notch and the story is believable. A good look at how society can crumble and the evil that some people are capable of.

One of my favorite shtf authors. Can’t wait for the next chapter of this story

A little over the top on some things but a fabulous story over all! Can’t wait for more Mad Mick!

This series should continue on very many more books! Great characters and content. Interesting and worthwhile. Sorry it’s going to be a while before #13 comes out.

In general, I love to read post apocalyptic books. The first thing that bothered me in listening to this one was the abundance of words that should have been contractions spoken as separate words (e.g., “will not” instead of “won’t”). Characters are one dimensional. They seem to have access to water, but why didn’t anybody..
