The book was hard to follow. There was good research and and description but transitions were super choppy or non-existent.

Filled with political agenda with small amount of prepping story. I had high hopes and I tried to finish it just couldn’t. Thankfully got my credit back.

Loved this adventure. Listened to both books and loved both. If you like good people and dogs you will like this. Kevin Pierce does a super job as well. Now I am waiting for book three. Hurry Audible.
The fresh combination of preparedness and (very mild) Jack Ryan type of book. Very nice! Story is captivating and not to much of the “gun blazing have the whole world in my backpack prepper” bs. So all in all I would recommend it and will get the next book

A decent story, but it lacked in punch. What I believe to be the climax felt rushed through. Aside from the main character, the rest were underdeveloped. I will listen to book two in the series since I want to know where he goes with the story and they’re short books.
Keeping pure and cold blooded murder cannot walk hand in hand. The idea of a clean book with references to God and the Bible is awesome. The main characters in this book were righteous in all the wrong ways….
